Rich Crumbs Desserts – Store Policy

At Rich Crumbs , all of our desserts are made fresh and handled with care to ensure quality and satisfaction. Please review our policies before placing an order.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Once an order is placed and completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

Order Schedule
All orders must be placed by Friday to be fulfilled for the following week.

Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped out on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of the following week.

Pickup Policy
Local pickup (ATL) is available for customers who prefer not to have their orders shipped. Be sure to choose the correct option on the shipping page.

Pickup hours are 8:00 AM through 1:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Weekend pickup is available with flexibility for customers who placed orders within the scheduled timeframe
• Pickup details and location will be provided after your order is confirmed

Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window to ensure a smooth handoff.

No On-Hand Orders
We do not offer on-hand or same-day orders. All items are made to order to ensure freshness and quality.

Shipping & Handling Disclaimer
All orders are packaged with care to preserve quality during transit. Once your order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, responsibility is no longer in our control.

We are not liable for:
• Melted, damaged, or shifted items
• Shipping delays
• Product changes due to weather or handling during transit

By placing an order, you agree that shipping is at your own risk.
